Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred,
Request the correction of your personal data in case it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
Request that the correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
Object to the emergence of a result against you by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for damages in case you suffer damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data, You may exercise the rights listed above.
9. Method of Application
You may submit your requests relating to the rights set out above, together with documents verifying your identity, in writing to info@kivancplastik.com.tr, to our address at Selahaddin Eyyübi Mahallesi 1629. Sokak Kayhanlar İş Merkezi No: 3/2 34517 Esenyurt İstanbul, or via our registered e-mail (KEP) address kivancplastik@hs01.kep.tr, or through any other method determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board. Our Company will finalise your request free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
