Our quality control process covers input control, in-process control, and final control, ensuring each part meets customer expectations and regulatory requirements. We maintain full lot traceability, and regularly conduct capacity studies, first sample inspections, and up-to-date monitoring of technical drawings to ensure process stability and product conformity.

We follow the INK material approval process, develop control plans, and apply structured methods such as FMEA Analysis and 8D Corrective/Preventive Action practices. To eliminate errors at the source, we utilize Poka-Yoke (error-proofing) systems and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) across production lines.

Our machinery and processes undergo regular qualification studies, supported by Measurement System Adequacy (MSA) evaluations to guarantee accuracy and repeatability in all measurements.

Our in-house Metrology Lab is equipped with over 20 advanced inspection devices, including CMM & VMS, melt flow indexer, spectrophotometer, 3D scanning, micrometers, and calipers. Operated by experienced specialists, our lab is UL and ISO certified, ensuring the highest level of precision and reliability in every evaluation.
